The English Chess Federation has given Battersea a top gong in its annual ECF Awards, naming our website the 2019 Website of the Year.
Judges were “were almost unanimous in giving the award this year to the Battersea Chess Club website”, committee chairman Paul Bielby said on the ECF website today.

Battersea did not enter any of the other categories and this is the first ECF award the club has picked up.
